The IT sector stands as a testament to this truth. Its incredible growth worldwide has opened up a vast landscape of possibilities. Indian professionals are making remarkable strides in countries like the United States and across Europe, and there’s no reason why you can’t be next.

Yet, if we look closer to home, we find a challenge. Every year, many young students from our region travel to distant states in search of professional education, often bearing enormous expenses. Why should this be, when opportunity can exist right here?

This very question gave rise to the Institute of Computer and Information Sciences (ICIS). Established in 2001 and initially affiliated with the University of Burdwan, ICIS began offering industry-relevant programs such as BCA and BBA. In 2018, our affiliation was proudly extended by Bankura University, whose main campus is located less than a kilometer from our own. Today, we offer BCA (Hons) and BBA (Hons) programs designed to empower the next generation of professionals.
